Installation Terms:
• Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day of the installation to approve all work completed.
• Providing there are no changes to the work requested to be done by us for you, our quotation is final, and only is such cases where additional equipment that requires connection, which was not mentioned in the initial quotation requested from us for you, will additional costs be incurred.
• If there are any changes made on the day of the installation, a new estimate price must be given.
• Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge will not, under any circumstances, alter the position of electrical wall power points; all such work must be completed by an industry professional of your choice prior to our arrival.
• Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge will not under any circumstances provide any external television antenna installation, and all such work must be completed by an industry professional of your choice prior to our arrival.
• In such cases where the installation of a digital tuner, whether it be in a TV, Set Top Box, or DVD recorder, is made impossible due to lack of signal strength, Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge cannot be held responsible, and normal quoted service charges still apply. We are committed to your satisfaction, and if such a situation occurs, we will re-book a time with you to re-tune your device after the required improvements have been undertaken.
TV Mounting Warranty Terms:
• All our installation services come with a 1-year warranty.
• A certified and insured installation team
• Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge requires every installer to carry at least $500,000 in commercial liability insurance.
• All electronic equipment purchased by customers or Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
TV Mounting Warranty Terms:
• Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge cannot be held responsible for programming functionality limitations due to incompatibility or restriction of products provided by customers.
• The installation warranty is void if the customer or any person, other than an employee of Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge , attempts to repair or correct any alleged problem incurred.
• The warranty does not cover acts of God or other occurrences beyond the control of Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge.
• Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge reserves the right to terminate your warranty if you change, alter, modify or disable the equipment we installed or its settings or configurations.
• Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present including possible code violations.
• Warranty is void if any product that fails or is damaged as a result of improper storage, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident or maladjustment of consumer controls.
• Any work undertaken by our affiliates is subject to their own terms and conditions, Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge Terms and Conditions as outlined above cannot take precedence to our affiliate’s own terms and conditions.
Important product returns procedures and exceptions:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order or the order is in any way damaged/incomplete, you must report the issue to us within 5 days. Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge is NOT obligated to replace missing/damaged items if they are not reported within 5 days.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
In the event that your package has to be redirected by FedEx/UPS after it has shipped due to customer error or request (e.g., you entered an incorrect address when placing the order OR you simply decide you want it delivered to an alternate location once it’s already in transit), you will automatically be charged a $20 redirect fee.
Exceptions:
The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.
You MUST contact us via support email before returning an order – if you return products without contacting Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge for an RMA there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee that is applicable to all items being returned for a refund.
We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number.
Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning a product that came with free accessories, you must return the free accessories as well. If you fail to return the accompanying free accessories, your refund will be reduced or you will be charged our regular sale price for the free items.

Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day service cancellation policy during which you may request a stop of service by contacting customer support at 1-855-419-7272. Start-up customers working with tech support may be given an extension up to 30 days. If returning after 14 days the return must include the tech support ticket number from your customer portal. Customers meeting the guidelines will be given a 100% refund (minus shipping charges).
However, if the procedures are not followed you may incur a reduced refund or no refund at all. Our refund policy only refers to modems/routers and does not include data used. Data plans and usage are subject to data provider terms and Titan Satellite & Wireless or Hey Papa Tech Concierge are not responsible for damages caused by data provider and only applies to equipment only.
Satellite Dish Removal/Relocation Services:
Titan Satellite & Wireless (“Titan Satellite & Wireless” or “we” or “us”) is the facilitator of satellite dish and antenna removal services (the “Services”) between you (“You” or “Customer”) and our local sub-contractor (herein after “Authorized Partner”). The terms and conditions of our services (“Agreement”) are, and you as our Customer understand and agree as follows: 1. When quoting our Services to you we rely on your description and location of the satellite dish or antenna. If the satellite dish or antenna is larger than described or if the location of the satellite dish or antenna in located more than 25 feet above ground level or is not reachable by ladder then additional charges will apply. We will discuss these additional charges with you prior to proceeding with the Services. Should you choose not to proceed with the additional charges you will be given a full refund. The details of our Services and the prices thereof are confirmed to you via email. 2. Our Authorized Partner, while at your location, will perform our standard scope of work in a first-class manner following industry best practices as follows: • Authorized Partner will provide their own transportation to and from your location. • Authorized Partner will remove the satellite dish or antenna from all mounting brackets and supports. Mounting brackets and supports penetrating Customer's roof WILL NOT BE REMOVED and will be left in place unless specified on the order. Mounting brackets and supports attached to any wood facades or siding will be removed. • Authorized Partner will remove all coaxial cabling from the exterior of the building from the point where the cabling enters the building back to the dish or antenna. Authorized Partner will not remove any interior cabling. • Authorized Partner will patch any and all holes created by the removal of the dish, antenna, or coaxial cable with a commercial grade poly-urethane exterior caulk rated for appropriate weather conditions in the area to accomplish a functional patch of any holes. • Authorized Partner will transport and recycle/dispose of the satellite dish, antenna, coaxial cabling and any other material in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental and regulatory regulations. 3. Commercial grade poly-urethane exterior caulk used to seal holes, but the surface WILL NOT be painted, may be visible, and may not match other surfaces. 4. Additional work beyond the stated scope of work above is not provided, including but not limited to: interior wiring removal, digging up of any ground-mounted posts or placement of new roofing shingles or tiles. 5. Neither Titan Satellite & Wireless, nor our Authorized Partner, performed the original installation and, as such, are not responsible for any improper or extraordinary methods used during the original installation of the satellite dish or antenna. 6. Any original roof warranties may have been voided when the satellite dish or antenna was installed. 7. You are the property owner, or have permission from the Landlord, Property Manager, or Owner for us to perform the Services. 8. Authorized Partner is an independent contractor of Titan Satellite & Wireless not an employee, partner, or agent. 9. All Authorized Partners are duly licensed by Titan Satellite & Wireless, bonded, and/or insured as required by the local jurisdiction. 10. You may cancel your order with Titan Satellite & Wireless at no cost only if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests after 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the quoted cost to cover the administrative and scheduling expenses incurred by Titan Satellite & Wireless. 11. The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the venue for any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Kent County, Michigan. 12.At Titan Satellite & Wireless we stand behind our work and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
